The arrival of autumn also means the arrival of darker beers. HOORAY!
Did you know that Quebec is unique for the way it categorizes beer? In Quebec, it’s not unusual to order a beer in a restaurant by its colour. Everywhere else, it’s more common to order beer according to its type.
Black beer is made from the most malted, or most roasted, barley, which gives the beer a darker colour.
Do you like coffee-flavoured beer? If so, Birre&Co has the perfect combination for you.
